INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make your pie crust dough and roll it out until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
2. Press the lattice mold into the dough and cut it to create mini pie shapes.
3. Fill the bottom pie section with your favorite berry filling, then place the other cut-out on top. Press together until the edges are sealed.
4. Remove the pies from the mold and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with a beaten egg.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for about 20 minutes or until the crust turns golden and delicious.
